The retention of employees is important to us and we place immense value on supporting and encouraging our employees to undergo further development, as we believe our business is only as strong as the team we have working in it.  Keeping our employees interested and motivated in their role is a significant factor in retaining employees and we consider the best means of keeping employees happy and satisfied with their role is to understand the career goals of each employee.

Orana Engineering requests each employee prepare a 5 year plan related to their personal career.  By better understanding an employee's career goals Orana Engineering targets to provide project tasks and training that are in line with an employee's career development path.  The 5 year plan is reviewed annually at a meeting between the employee and company management.

All employees current and future are encouraged to extend and develop their personal and technical skills and are invited to discuss this with us at any time.
