Careers : Bonus Payment Program at Orana Engineering
Our permanent employees have a unique opportunity to become part of the Orana Engineering Bonus Payment Program. This program is derived from the company net operating profit at the end of each half year (June and December) and is distributed to all eligible staff based on a detailed weighting system.
